The MSV wagons were originally built as iron ore tipplers, without doors. The whole wagon would be rotated for unloading. As iron ore is denser than coal, these wagons were built to carry a 26 ton payload. During the 1970s, these were used to transport stone and some gained a 'stone' logo, as seen on this reskins.
