BR Class 55
Arguably the ultimate in BR motive power until 1982. 7 preserved examples still exist including some being mainline registered. Original mesh by pacific7 reworked extensively by tmz06003 with permission with input from napierdeltic (ECML team leader). This is the most thorough rework on a single loco I've ever undertaken. The rebuild included sorting various issues such as reshaping the nose to match the distinctive profile of the prototype, sorting the exhausts etc. As well as this many scripted enhancements were also built into the asset such as working headcodes, selectable headboards, and scripted details matching the various prototypes utilising the setlocosup script I'd developed. The asset has now been built into Trainz versions TRS2010 and TS12 to complement the ECML Kings Cross- Edinburgh route.
